CCSA believes in establishing community reinvestment as an integral part of the entrepreneurial culture. We also recognize that our clients, our employees and we ourselves are an integral part of our community and that we have an obligation to give back to our community to the best possible extent. We promote employee-volunteer work for the community and consider it a sense of corporate pride as we help to reinvest in our community and strengthen our corporate culture. This philosophy shows that we care and it makes sense - it's good business! Two Percent Club As a member of this club, CCSA has made a commitment to contribute 2% of its yearly profits back into community towards enhancing lives of people in our community. Our key focus is in education for "Youths of Colorado". Aeolian Art and Music Institution Aeolian Art and Music Institution is a non-profit organization and is a new landmark of its own kind in the field of performing arts, music and dance. CCSA believes that "children are the citizens of the future," and with this philosophy in mind, CCSA contributes to Aeolian by helping the students in their activities to nurture their artistic values and creative abilities. We at CCSA also sponsor and organize various workshops, concerts, and musicals throughout the year involving young and teen children. CTPD Computer Training for People with Disabilities (CTPD) is a non-profit organization sponsored by the University of Colorado. CCSA is a proud member of this organization. Our involvement is quite serious, we take students from the organization and provide them with job opportunities at CCSA and also canvass them as candidates for full-time hire once the students complete their education. For the last two quarters our internal network backup, installation and upgrades are completely supported by these students and mentored by our technical staff so that they gain the experience. Theodore House This is a support organization for battered women in Denver, Colorado. CCSA's employees are active with this group in providing support - both emotional as well as financial. |
