Candidate Referrals CCSA offers incentives for both salaried and full time employees who refer qualified consultants to our team here at CCSA. $500 bonus will be given for any referral resulting in placements that last for up to 3 months. The referring employee must be employed during that three months. The referring employee may also opt to receive this bonus towards technical training. Sales Leads An additional bonus is offered to employees who give sales leads that result in a project or a fixed deliverable project. The amount of bonus for a sales lead will be $500 for a project sold at $25,000 or $1000 for a project sold at $50,000 or more. The following restrictions apply: · Referrals fees on applicants are available only to those individuals who are existing employees of CCSA · Referrals fees on applicant placement exclude payment for fees on engagements that are minimally profitable. |
