Permanent Employee of CCSA You will be a Permanent Full-time employee of CCSA working on various projects for CCSA' Clients. You will enjoy all the benefits that CCSA offers including paid bench-time in between projects, Health insurance, Vacation and much more.. Contract You will be a W2 employee of CCSA on a project-to-project basis. Optional benefits package available. Contract documents, Payroll formalities, non-compete must be completed before commencement of employment. Contract-to-hire You will be a contract W2 employee of CCSA for the duration of the contract (specified by the client). At the end of contract duration, based on performance and other related issues, the client could offer you a full-time job offer with them. Once you accept that you will transition as a Full time Employee of the Client enjoying the salary and benefits the client offers. Permanent Employee of client You will be identified by a CCSA resource manager, interviewed and presented by CCSA to our clients, to fill our client's full-time job positions. After a successful interview with the client, with immediate effect you will be a full-time employee of the client. |
