Technical Skills Evaluation
After the initial contact is made by one of CCSA's technical resource managers, your resume and skills are evaluated to align your experience, education, skills, and motivation to the requirements currently available. Your flexibility, availability and geographical preferences are also considered.
Once you are established as the right match for a given position, an in-depth technical interview is scheduled with our technical managers to ensure we understand your skills, abilities, interests to make sure you are indeed the right fit!!
A competitive market rate or salary is established keeping in mind your Expertise, Experience, Education & technical skills.

In the best interest of our clients and candidates we have adopted a policy to obtain Exclusive Permission or Right to Represent you to our clients. We also inform our consultants explicitly what client you are being presented to, the position details as provided by the client, the pay rate and other relevant details. Next is the often ignored but very important step of resume presentation. Interview Process
With all the requirements in place, CCSA will present your resume with a brief summary and other pertinent information to the client for a specific job position. An interview request has to be initiated by the client, which will be informed to CCSA Account Managers accordingly Once the interview is confirmed, we prepare you for the interview process keeping in mind the job requirements and technology. We educate you about our Client's background, their business, products or services. We review the position's essential duties and responsibilities and coach you with the intention of winning the interview.
Employment Offer
If you are selected, you will be offered employment with CCSA and one of our resource managers will provide details about contract and other formalities. A signed contract accepting terms of employment with CCSA has to be in place before you start employment with the new client. Also, a CCSA resource manager will be assigned to you throughout your employment with CCSA to provide assistance during your contract, answer your questions and help you with other issues and concerns.
