Resource Identification:
The search for potential candidates is initiated with our internal resources
referrals, online database, internal database and phone networking to ensure only the best people are recruited. Working one-on-one with the candidates, we ensure that the requirements are verified against the technical skills of the candidates, thus resulting in the best match.
Rate Negotiation:
Cost Analysis of any given requirement and technical skills analysis of the candidate enables us to lock the rates for the candidate's services. CCSA insures that our rates are very competitive to the market rates with respect to both the client and the candidate.
Screening Process:
An in-depth technical screening of the candidate by our in-house technical experts enables us to present only pre-filtered candidates to any given requirement. Our Commitment to Quality and Integrity requires that we obtain written, exclusive permission from our candidates before they are presented to any clients. Our consultants are always informed of which client they are being submitted to, the exact position they are being submitted for, the pay rate for that position and any and all other pertinent information. Our technical recruiters work with each candidate to facilitate the revision and proper articulation of the resume in order to present even the smallest details about their technical skills, which is of utmost importance to any client.
Resume Submission and Follow Up:
It is CCSA's policy to present only two candidates per position for the initial review of the client. Presentation of only two candidates per position significantly reduces time spent by client-managers on resume perusal and interviews. Efficient resume submission to the client, interview follow-up and scheduling, closing on the candidate after successful interviewing ensures a productive long-term working relationship for both the candidate and the client.
